This Stanley bolster has been designed with strength in mind. Used for cutting and shaping bricks and blocks, it is forged from quality chrome vanadium steel for increased power and durability.
The blade holds its edge for longer too, requiring less sharpening over time resulting in a longer product life expectancy.
The FatMax bolster has also been hardened, quenched and tempered to precise specifications for improved safety.
It has a modified parabolic striking end for greater resistance to mushrooming and chipping, and a bi-material handguard for increased protection from overstrike.
